We recruit for full-time positions on a contingency basis. After an in-depth conversation with clients, we set out to find the best talent available by using every available resource including our own proprietary database. We leave no stone unturned when searching for talent and take the critical time required to screen candidates for each position. Once we identify suitable candidates, we brief our clients and provide all of the necessary information to help them to make an informed decision.
Our goal is always to introduce a group of highly qualified candidates. We prepare candidates, manage expectations, negotiate terms and check references. SRI’s worked with many of the same companies on a contingency basis for over a decade.
